Hugo was born and raised in Chile, where he studied painting and drawing. He currently resides in Holland, MI. Without specific style, his pictures are the simple act of painting. Spontaneity, emotion and effort make his work the pleasure to express his sensibility and painting techniques; with heart and feeling.
