The Tulipanes Latino Art & Film Festival is again featuring a fine art fair. The event will take place on Saturday, September 1, 2007 from 10am-7pm in Centennial Park, the heart of the Tulipanes Festival.
The event features artwork for sale created by Latinos or by non-Latinos whose art represents Latino art, history or culture.
